- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management Finance or a related field.
- Require 710 years of successful sales experience.
Previous experience in managing sales teams or leading projects.
Should demonstrate a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Data Analysis and Interpretation.

- Aimed at driving sales growth and market expansion for the companys plastic products.
- Achieving sales targets and revenue growth for the companys plastic packaging products Developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen relationships with existing key accounts.
- Leading coaching and managing a highperforming sales team to meet objectives and deliver continuous improvements.
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends within the plastics industry.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Marketing Sales and New Product Development
