الوصف الوظيفي
- Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a large scale projects
- Manages the resources across a portfolio of projects all within the established budgets
- Accountable for briefing the team on project scopes to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood
- Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports
- Responsible timely cash collection in compliance with contract terms
- Responsible for ensuring that any additional work/changes in scope are approved by clients
- Ensures all deliverables comply with the PDS.
- Reviews and responds to contractors claims in accordance with the provisions of the Conditions of Contract and ensure the Clients interests are protected
- Provides direct liaison with the Client project team.
- Reviews the contracts and commercial reports
- Represents the clients/AECOM in dispute resolutions/arbitration procedures.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for all project packages.
Qualifications :
- Good working knowledge of FIDIC suite of contracts.
- Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost value and risk.
- Excellent numeracy verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working as part of integrated multiorganisation collaborative teams
- Experience of working within a client organization either directly or through a colocation/secondment arrangement would be of benefit
- A clear work history and proof of professional development and learning
- Prior linemanagement experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Degree Qualified BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
- Professionally Qualified ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS CIOB or other equivalent institution.
