Prepare guests application.
Monitor the chalet and cabana tasks coordinate with the engineering and housekeeping department.
Communicate with the guests.
Receive chalet and cabana maintenance fees from people.
Follow up with all the guests for the outstanding MF and renew all the subscription cabanas.
Data entry
Take care of the electricity bills
Update work sheets
Distribute the guests vouchers.
Follow up on guest complaints.
Communicate with the engineering department regarding maintenance issues.
Preparing guests IDs
