About Our Client:

Were partnering with a rapidly expanding RevOps consulting agency that specializes in guiding earlystage B2B SaaS companies through the scaling process from $1M to $20M in revenue. They are seeking a skilled HubSpot Specialist to ensure their clients GoToMarket (GTM) systems and processes are primed for success.

Job Summary:
As a HubSpot Specialist you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients projects by scoping planning and executing HubSpot configurations integrations and automations. You will collaborate closely with their team to deliver exceptional results for B2B SaaS clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Work Scoping & Execution: Collaborate with the team to define project objectives develop project plans and outline deliverables for client engagements.
  • HubSpot Configuration & Optimization:

    • Configure and optimize HubSpot workflows custom properties pipelines reports dashboards and automations.
    • Optimize HubSpot to serve as the central platform for managing outbound and inbound GTM processes.
  • Tool Integrations:

    • Integrate HubSpot with tools such as SmartLead and Apollo to enhance sales and marketing alignment.
    • Address integration challenges and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  • Automation & Reporting:

    • Develop and refine automations to streamline lead routing nurturing and sales processes.
    • Create reports and dashboards to track performance and provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Maintain uptodate project plans timelines and task progress in project management tools (e.g. Asana ClickUp).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot administrator specialist or similar role preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing workflows automation and CRM best practices.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with outbound tools like SmartLead and Apollo.
  • Ability to effectively scope projects break them down into actionable tasks and meet deadlines while working directly with clients.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp Asana).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problemsolving approach.
  • Preference for candidates based in Latin America.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with other sales and marketing tools such as Outreach ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with advanced HubSpot features including customcoded actions or operations hubs.
  • Basic API coding experience.
  • Knowledge of GTM strategies and RevOps best practices for scaling B2B SaaS companies.
