Hey there!
Im Adam and I run a squad of 12 passionate problemsolvers tackling multiple projects with one core philosophy: business automation firstwhy do what can be automated
Right now Im looking for a processoriented thinker to help me tackle exciting new challenges.
Who we are
Our work spans three key areas:
- Web agency We dont just build websites; we craft premium fully custom solutions for complex projects.
- SaaS for therapists A tool to help them manage bookings clients and invoices effortlessly.
- Marketing agency We generate clients for businesses in exchange for a fixed commission.
My small squad and I move fast think big and never stop experimenting.
We feed off each others energy to dream up fresh ideas and bring them to life!
Were remote for now but Im thinking of shifting to some inperson meetups in Casablanca or Rabatmaybe over a good atay b na3na3.
Its not sure at all but Id love to keep that door open.
RealWorld Example
Everything we do is built on systems workflows and automation to remove friction boost efficiency and scale hard.
If that sounds abstract heres a concrete example of how we apply this mindset in our work:
On a project we manage a network of therapists stored in an Airtable database where each row automatically generates a personalized booking funnel using WeWeb.
- Each therapist has a Facebook Ads campaign redirecting users to their automatically generated website for appointment booking.
- When a client books via Calendly Zapier triggers SMS (SMSAPI) and email (Brevo) notifications for both the therapist and the client. The appointment is also logged in a second Airtable table.
- Every 3rd of the month a JavaScript script calculates each therapists appointments and sends an automated invoice as we charge a fixed fee per booking.
- Additionally a nocode dashboard aggregates data from Airtable Calendly and Facebook Ads to visualize key business metrics such as: Total & canceled appointments Ad costs and cost per appointment Overall margin and margin per appointment...
This is the type of architecture and workflow automation you should be able to imagine proactively propose and implement.
Tasks
- Translate nontechnical teammates ideas into solutions.
- Challenge and enhance existing processes to boost efficiency.
- Connect and integrate tools to eliminate manual work.
- Manage projects in ClickUp (tasks tracking deliverables).
- Map processes visually (diagrams workflows).
- Build dashboards to track KPIs via API integrations.
- Write guides & tutorials to document processes.
- Draft project specifications (cahiers des charges).
- Set up tracking scripts (Facebook Ads Google Ads Analytics Hotjar etc.).
Experiment iterate and move fastI value bold creative problemsolving.
Requirements
- Master automation tools (Zapier Make Airtable Calendly etc.).
- Experience with APIs and webhooks for tool integrations.
- Ability to build dashboards using API data (e.g. Google Data Studio Tableau or nocode tools).
- Basic scripting skills (JavaScript Python or any automationfriendly language).
- Clear communicator You can explain automation concepts to nontechnical teammates.
- Proactive & selfdriven You dont wait for instructions you bring ideas to the table.
- Strong interest in continuous learning.
- Ability to occasionally meet onsite in Casablanca or Rabat.
