Join CyberArks Success at Scale team as a Success at Scale Platforms & Innovation Intern contributing to pioneering initiatives that leverage AI BI and scalable digital platforms. Youll be able to learn and get handson experience in research platform optimization and supporting AI solutions with this role. Youll also help with community activities. Youll be essential in discovering opportunities for innovation improving our knowledgesharing systems and supporting the development of new solutions.
Activities may include some or all the following:
- Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics using data insights for continuous improvement.
- Analyze search queries lowperforming content and usage metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the BI Team to define and maintain Tableau dashboards.
- Participate in evaluating potential new tools and solutions focusing on AIdriven technologies to enhance knowledge management and customer success.
- Conduct research on industry best practices emerging technologies and competitors to inform decisionmaking and innovation.
- Assist in the rollout and optimization of AIbased tools such as search enhancements chatbots and automation solutions.
- Perform regular housekeeping tasks to ensure knowledge assets remain accurate accessible and impactful.
- Engage in crossfunctional collaboration with other team members and Success at Scale colleagues on various projects to ensure alignment and success.
- Provide support for community engagement activities such as assisting with special projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering Information Systems Marketing Communications Data Science or Business Analytics.
- Technical Understanding: Proficiency in technical concepts with the ability to explain complex ideas.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and analysis; familiarity with Excel Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with AI technologies and their application in knowledge management and customer success.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Selfmotivated and Teamoriented: Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize time effectively while also being a strong team player.
- Passion for Technology and Security: Enthusiastic about software technology and security.
- Cybersecurity Interest: Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn about cybersecurity concepts particularly in the areas of Identity Security and Privileged Access Management.
- Excellent English: Fluent in spoken and written English.
How will you stand out from the crowd:
- Experience or coursework in AI data analytics or knowledge management tools.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualizing insights with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of relational database models including JOINs and data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience with Adobe/Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools and technologies such as content management systems customer relationship management (CRM) software or analytics platforms.
