Want to join a team of excellence professionals LiveU is looking for an Operations Quality Assurance Manager!
LiveU is the market leader for live news and dynamic sports coverage with flawless 5G 4K HEVC live streaming and remote production. Together with its cloudbased management and nextgen IP distribution platforms LiveU offers the most costeffective endtoend contribution production and distribution solution.
In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall quality and consistency of our hardware products and global operations processes. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to establish and maintain our quality standards conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic and innovative hightech environment. This role requires a handson approach to create a culture of excellence and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements :
- Manage the Operations Quality Management Systems ensuring compliance and driving improvement.
- Lead RCA and corrective action processes for quality issues.
- Analyze RMA statistics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manufacturers and Supplier Quality (Audits Quality Control QBRs).
- Develop and implement global quality policies and procedures.
