Position: Consultant/ Audit Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Grant Thornton Abdulaal as a Consultant/Audit Assistant in our Risk Advisory department. As a leading global professional services firm we provide our clients with a range of services including audit tax and advisory services. Our Risk Advisory team specializes in helping organizations identify and manage risks to achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and execution of risk assessments for various clients in different industries
Conduct internal control reviews and identify areas for improvement
Perform data analysis and identify potential risks and fraud
Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients
Collaborate with team members to develop recommendations and solutions for clients
Keep uptodate with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and effective advice
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Assist with other adhoc projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Previous experience in audit risk management or a related field is preferred
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Professional certifications such as CPA CIA or CISA are a plus
