THE ROLE
We are looking for highly experienced Android developers with a passion to lead a team while helping build and scale our Android apps portfolio. In this role you will manage a small team of Android developers and help our R&D team create code test and maintain various Android apps. You will work closely with other team leads developers and QA testers using the Agile methodology and a qualityfirst approach.

Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Musthave:
5 years of experience developing Android applications in both Java and Kotlin
Proficient UI programming skills
Uptodate with the latest technology (Kotlin coroutines RxJava etc.)
Experience with commonly used Android components and libraries
Expertise with peripheral development tools (Android Studio git Firebase etc.)
Experience in the development of an app that was released on Google Play (100000 downloads)
Familiarity with Agile management: Kanban
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
Leadership skills
Nicetohave:
Previous experience as a team leader
Familiarity with CI

We are a distributed team of more than 130 people all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
