We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Territory Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our key clients and prospects in the GCC with a focus on Saudi Arabia driving substantial revenue growth and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. As a trusted advisor you will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling and proactively address client needs.

Where You Will Make a Difference
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts consistently exceeding annual revenue targets
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client businesses including their goals challenges and industry trends
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and areas for enhancing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Customer Success) to create and implement strategic account plans aligned with client objectives
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunities presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive additional revenue
- Negotiate and close complex deals ensuring alignment with contractual terms and achieving profitability goals
- Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns or issues that arise
- Cultivate strong longterm relationships with key client decisionmakers and influencers
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics including sales performance customer satisfaction and renewal rates
- Prepare detailed reports on account activity progress towards goals and recommendations for future actions
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage for our clients
Who You Are
- Minimum of 10 years experience in B2B sales preferably in a Strategic Account Management role in BIM & Construction Market in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering strong client relationships
- Indepth understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to develop solutions for complex client challenges
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building trust with clients at all levels
- Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Salesforce is essential
Experience with Outreach Altify (or similar Political Mapping Tool) is a plus
