Remote People is seeking a talented Senior Attractions Specialist to join a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy in the Middle East. This role offers the chance to oversee impactful entertainment projects in Abha Southwestern Region Saudi Arabia.
With over 50 years of experience our client is a wellrespected leader in multidisciplinary design consultancy known for its commitment to excellence integrity and social responsibility. They have successfully delivered innovative solutions for significant global projects.
As a Senior Attractions Specialist you will manage the planning coordination and execution of theme park projects ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards. Youll provide specific Entertainment sector (Facilities and Attractions) knowledge and experience as part of the overall Technical and Project Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination among thirdparty design consultants clients and contractors
- Integrate complex project elements to ensure seamless execution
- Represent the company in client interactions and follow up on project commitments
- Develop and manage project plans including design execution health & safety and quality assurance
- Ensure attraction designs meet architectural structural and MEP requirements while complying with international certification standards
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and monitor budgets and schedules
- Proactively manage changes in scope cost or timeline
- Monitor and report on project progress highlighting significant milestones and potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering (Professional registration preferred)
- 10 years of experience in largescale entertainment sector projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of attractions industry standards
- Strong leadership and relationshipbuilding skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and interdisciplinary teams
- Handson technical expertise and a proactive approach to design management
Contract and Benefits
