As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by developing and implementing financial strategies analyzing financial data and providing financial guidance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Prepare annual budgets forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
Manage the companys cash flow ensuring adequate liquidity for daytoday operations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement costsaving measures.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions vendors and suppliers.
Manage the companys investments and make recommendations for optimizing returns.
Provide financial guidance and support to senior management on strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Experience with financial software and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
