الوصف الوظيفي
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project scope objectives and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive global timeline for the project
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software considering factors such as equipment lead times construction timelines permitting coactivity commissioning activities
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks that could impact the project timeline
- Identify and monitor critical path
- Propose solutions for timing optimization during the project realization
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks and bottlenecks working closely with the project team to find solutions
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis including providing recommendations for corrective actions
- Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and timely decisionmaking
- Prepare and communicate 3weeks look ahead schedule
- Make sure all HSE policies are strictly taken into consideration in the time schedule
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports and lessons learned
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Ensure schedule reviews regularly with suppliers and contractors challenge them report and followup accordingly
- Develop specific time schedule for commissioning and startup including resource identification
- Coordinate with Operations for commissioning and startup
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in project management engineering or a related technical field
- 5 years of experience in project planning specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera)
- Strong understanding of industrial processes equipment and construction methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing time schedule management on industrial projects from inception to completion
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and their application in industrial settings
- Eager to learn and get hands on
- Computer skills:
- Proficient in Excel Word MS Project Outlook PowerPoint.
Additional Information :
The position will be located in Nubaria Egypt for the duration of the project.
Project Planner will work closely with project stakeholders including Project Managers Engineers Procurement Team Safety Team Civil Works Consultant Suppliers Contractors to understand scope objectives and deliverables.
Project Planner will be accountable for creating detailed project schedules monitoring progress and identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities to keep project on track.
