Job Description:
IMFI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project management from planning and execution to monitoring and controlling for various projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Create project plans schedules and budgets and ensure their adherence throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure efficient utilization and costeffectiveness
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress
Prepare and present project reports and metrics to management and stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory requirements
Manage project scope changes and approvals and ensure project deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Project Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in a PMO role
PMP certification is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in MS Office and project management software
Knowledge of modern industries and technologies is an asset
