Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This position requires an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and a passion for connecting with candidates to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on skills experience and cultural fit.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media job boards and networking to reach potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to promote employer branding and enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting preferably in the media industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
