Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record in insulation and XPS sales to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a passion for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of insulation materials particularly XPS.
- Conduct product presentations workshops and training sessions for clients and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to inform business strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the insulation and XPS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of insulation materials particularly XPS.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Language:
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
