Aquaforce Group is a UK based leading manufacturer of highquality bathroom products and sanitary ware. With a strong reputation for innovation quality and sustainability we cater to a diverse clientele across Saudi Arabia including some of the largest Distributors and Importers.

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing longterm partnerships driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong business acumen excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the bathroom products and sanitary ware industry.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including developers architects contractors and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing logistics and production to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance customer feedback and market insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking meetings to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in key account management sales or business development within the bathroom products sanitary ware or building materials industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
