The Merchant Finance Associate supports the financial operations of the merchant finance
team ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial transactions. This role acts as a key
contact for financerelated queries helps maintain financial records supports the team with
process improvements and assists in managing invoicing and regulatory requirements.
Role Requirements:
Assist as the first point of contact for financerelated inquiries resolving routine issues to
support daytoday operations.
Support the supervision and review of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and
compliance.
Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to streamline daily financial
workflows.
Assist finance teams in resolving basic issues related to invoices payments and
discrepancies.
Participate in special projects involving crossfunctional collaboration under the
guidance of team manager.
Support taxrelated processes and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Help ensure timely and accurate processing of financial records such as invoices and
payment documentation.
Qualifications :
1 year of experience in finance accounting or a related field
Basic understanding of financial bodies regulations and standards with a willingness to
learn more.
Experience working with Excel and data analytic tools
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills particularly in identifying and
resolving routine discrepancies.
Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple stakeholders within the finance team.
Experience with financial tools and platforms for documentation and recordkeeping is an
advantage but not required.
Eagerness to grow in the role and take on increasing responsibilities.
