We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR & Legal Manager to support our operations and ensure seamless integration of HR and legal frameworks within our growing backoffice structure.
This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in local labor law corporate legal compliance and human resources management. You will play a vital role in shaping Enpals operations in Tunisia by providing HR and legal support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Structure & Compliance: Build and implement the HR framework for Enpals Tunisia office ensuring alignment with local labor laws policies procedures and cultural norms.
Recruitment Support: Manage recruitment processes for hiring planning designers sales agents and technical positions in Tunisia. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and maintain alignment with Enpals values and company culture.
Onboarding & Integration: Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the team providing support for a seamless transition.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns promote a positive work environment and ensure strong communication between teams across Tunisia and other offices.
Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll and benefits administration ensuring compliance with Tunisian labor and tax laws.
Legal Compliance: Advise the team on legal matters including contracts employee rights and compliance with Tunisian laws. Ensure Enpals operations in Tunisia meet all legal obligations.
Culture & Diversity: Foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture reflecting Enpals commitment to diversity sustainability and employee wellbeing.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in HR and legal management ideally within an international structure.
Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor laws and legal compliance practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
Experience in managing recruitment onboarding payroll and employee relations.
Ability to work in a fastpaced startuplike environment managing multiple priorities and teams.
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in renewable energy and Enpals mission to drive the energy transition.
