الوصف الوظيفي
- Identify specific needs of adolescents in contact with law enforcement, and analyze the behavioral and environmental factors that are linked to their circumstance;
- Provide an overview of current rehabilitation systems and practices in these centres;
- Identify barriers to applying holistic interventions that address youth in contact with law enforcement, their families and their communities and identify ways to address such barriers;
- Recommend programme adaptations for MC teams to potentially include in future intervention designs, i.e. inside Juvenile Detention Centres; and
- Identify key stakeholders to engage them in programmatic adaptation during implementation, as well as to map a network of active stakeholders that could potentially inform future programmatic adaption and design.
