A product manager in an incubator setting is a challenging and dynamic role that commands the development and delivery of innovative products in a highenergy resourcebound environment.
Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to design develop and launch groundbreaking products from concept to market by leveraging market research user experience design and entrepreneurial thinking. To succeed a product manager must swiftly adapt to changing priorities manage projects efficiently and work collaboratively with various teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct extensive market research to understand current trends and customer needs
- Lead product development projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Design user experience keeping in mind the needs and desires of the customer
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective and smooth product development
- Continuously adapt and prioritize tasks based on rapidly changing market trends
- Apply entrepreneurial thinking to deliver innovative and valuable products
- Manage the product lifecycle efficiently from inception to launch
- Work in a resourceconstrained fastpaced environment making optimal use of limited resources
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in product development and project management
- Strong skills in market research and user experience design
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
- High degree of adaptability to changing market trends and project priorities
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to innovate
- Indepth understanding of product lifecycle management
