We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operation Room Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct support during surgical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment at all times.
Job PurposeAn Operation Room Nurse is crucial to the smooth running of surgical procedures. They play a pivotal role in patient safety instrument preparation and team support. They are also responsible for monitoring patients vitals and rapidly responding to changes in the patients condition.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide direct support during surgical procedures
- Ensure a sterile environment in the operation room
- Prepare surgical instruments
- Assist the surgical team
- Monitor patients vital signs throughout the surgery
- Respond swiftly to any changes in the patients condition during surgery
Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in surgical protocols and patient safety measures
