We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Technical Lead to manage mentor and lead our PHP team towards building scalable and robust web applications. This role requires a handson leader with a strong technical background who can guide the team ensure adherence to coding standards and drive technical excellence in every project.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the PHP team in designing and developing highquality web applications.
Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines.
Provide technical direction mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills.
Review and approve code ensuring quality scalability and maintainability.
Research and implement new tools frameworks and technologies to improve the teams efficiency and performance.
Team Management
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify areas of improvement and design training or development plans accordingly.
Recommend promotions or salary adjustments based on performance and contributions.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Project Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Break down project tasks and assign them to team members ensuring clarity and efficiency.
Monitor project progress and address any technical or teamrelated issues proactively.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining highquality standards.
Development and Maintenance
Update repair modify and enhance existing software and web applications.
Combine all elements of the web application design implement testing and ensure functionality.
Adapt web applications to meet evolving requirements and business needs.
React promptly to bugs or performance issues and implement fixes as needed.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
7 years proven handson experience with MySQL or other structured databases.
5 years handson experience with Laravel and/or CodeIgniter frameworks.
5 years of expertise in JavaScript frameworks like jQuery.
3 years experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React VueJS or Angular.
Strong understanding of Git Bitbucket and modern version control workflows.
Experience with Unit Testing and testdriven development is mandatory.
Leadership Skills
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
A proactive problemsolver who can adapt quickly to changing requirements and challenges.
Additional Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development is desirable.
