KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Specialist as part of our growing Learning team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customers training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. You ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery Support and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams partners and customers
- Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
- Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
- Manage enduser customer training programs
- Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
- Innovate and modernize our elearning platforms and methodologies
- Execute special projects as assigned by department management
- Lead and organize customer events both physical and virtual
- Oversee external knowledge portal management
Requirements :
- Training and learning development experience
- Excellent English
- Technology Oriented
- Flexibility in working hours (global role)
- Strong innovative thinking and problemsolving skills
- Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience in developing and implementing elearning solutions
- Experience in organizing and leading customer events
- Knowledge management background
