The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for all reporting and analytics requests to support all aspects of the marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets.
This will be achieved through through the delivery of endtoend reporting accurate customer segmentation data analytics campaign reporting and multichannel analytics analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ownership and accountability for marketing analytics including planning implementation management and optimisation for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Deliver on strategic KPIs by delivering reports on traffic leads and conversions with the ability to present these ongoing results in regular updates.
- Understands our visitor and exhibitors digital behaviour through continual testing and reporting on channel and campaign performance in order to optimise plans. This will include using Adobe Analytics Google Analytics and other thirdparty platforms to spot issues and opportunities.
- Benchmarks and sets new KPI targets to measure and elevate the performance of your digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with our supporting agencies to develop the analytics strategy and analytics setup of all organic and paid campaigns.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendorspecific dashboards Google Analytics and marketing analytics reports.
- Identifies evolving analytics practices and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop new cuttingedge reporting.
- Develops new and creative analytics strategies for each stage of a customer lifecycle in accordance to the unique digital trends and platforms of various international markets.
- Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to identify highquality content around important relevant terms.
- Report on and advise on organic search engine performance and goalsetting based on clickthrough rates traffic and conversions.
- Design and implementation of testing and optimisation strategies (including A/B testing landing pages and CTAs).
- Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources including website traffic social media engagement and email campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights to inform marketing and business decisions.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales product and IT to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data.
LEADERSHIP
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing analytics reports in line with agreed KPIs event and divisional strategy.
- Stay uptodate on the latest trends and technologies in marketing analytics and data science.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as data vendors and agencies.
ANALYSIS & INSIGHT
- Monitor campaign performances by producing relevant and timely reports.
- Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Share relevant insights with wider marketing team and senior management to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities.
PLANNING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are tracked accurately and in accordance with the teams KPIs.
MARKETING EXECUTION
- Work with marketers to identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe.
- Assist with the development of personas value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments for each product.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing & Analytics Manager
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Background Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Technology savvy. Able to quickly adopt and work with new technology solutions.
- Significant experience in a digital marketing role to manager level
- Experience in using Google Analytics Eloqua Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Analytical and questioning mindset
- Excellent time keeper with ability to juggle multiple projects
- Selfmotivating with strong ability to work both on independent projects and projects involving many stakeholders
- Proven experience of hitting digital channel KPIs
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly effectively and persuasively
- Database development and growth including segmentation and personalisation
- Deadline and target driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
