Job Title: Design Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the design process from concept to completion.
- Coordinating with clients engineers and contractors to ensure design quality and feasibility.
- Ensuring designs meet project specifications timelines and budgets.
- Leading the design team and ensuring quality control throughout the project.
- Reporting to senior management and coordinating with other departments.
Industry Required: Architecture Engineering Construction or Interior Design
Essential Experience:
- 10 years of experience in a design role with a strong portfolio of highquality professional work and project samples.
- Experience working with international design consultants or in highlevel local firms.
- Expertise in foundational design concepts visual principles and proficiency with the techniques tools and technologies necessary for exceptional design work.
- Experience in managing distinguished or destination projects especially in the Gulf region.
- Ability to think critically communicate effectively and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associates degree in Architecture (Master or Ph.D. would be an advantage)
- PMP or MBA is preferable
- Certification and/or training in relevant design software programs
