LiveU is looking for a personal assistant to our CEO!

About LiveU: LiveU is the leading provider of 4G/5G portable uplink solutions for broadcast and web video markets. We are changing the way organizations utilize video by offering a new exciting and costeffective way to transmit live video from anywhere. When you watch live television or live video online there is a good chance that the content is transmitted using LiveU devices. We work with TV networks online video destinations newspapers and magazines leading blogs sports organizations performing artists and more.

Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)

In this position you will be key partners in the companys success your responsibilities include supervising daily administrative tasks including calendar management managing strategic meetings planning and booking travel arrangements and coordinating various events.

You will work closely with our management team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEOs schedule ensuring efficient time management & prioritization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders (investors partners company management etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for the CEO and the executive management.
  • Handle operational needs for management gatherings (Off sites Board meetings etc.)
  • Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage all visitorsrelated processes: Visa process agenda meals airport letters Taxis and other services.
  • Preparation and submission of expense reports as well as purchase requests.
  • Interact crossfunctionally with departments employees vendors or customers.
  • Welcoming and looking after CEO s visitors.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a global hightech company.
  • Nativelevel English proficiency with very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizing schedules and tracking projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented professional with high time management ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Availability to handle urgent matters after formal business hours per need.
  • Proficiency in Office applications: Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
