We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Advisor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving our business to new heights.
Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Life Insurance Advisor role is to leverage their Business Administration knowledge strong communication skills and passion for business development to redefine success within the life insurance sector. They will demonstrate highproficiency in negotiation provide outstanding customer service and engage clients effectively with their interpersonal skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life insurance sector
- Engage and establish relations with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
- Execute negotiation strategies to secure profitable insurance contracts
- Offer exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Leverage analytical skills to review and assess client insurance portfolios
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to inform clients about insurance options and benefits
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in business development.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills to assess and review insurance portfolios.
- Proficient in delivering effective presentations.
