Senior Testing Commissioning Engineer

Hill International is looking for an experienced Senior Testing & Commissioning Engineer (E2) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans for electrical and mechanical systems

Supervise and coordinate testing activities with subcontractors

Monitor and review the quality of testing and commissioning activities

Prepare and review test reports

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams

Develop and maintain good relationships with clients subcontractors and other stakeholders

Participate in project meetings and provide technical input

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines

Ability to travel as needed

Valid drivers license

Ability to pass a background check
