As Associate Director of Sales you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hotels vision to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. By identifying new market opportunities and leveraging insights youll strengthen the hotels position across key segments. Youll foster relationships provide valuable market intelligence and deliver innovative strategies to maximise sales opportunities ensuring the hotels continued success in a competitive landscape.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in English & Arabic language; ability to speak and present clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical proactive and innovative mind
- Detailoriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and followthrough
- High integrity and ability to keep confidentiality
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing position
- Preopening experience
