Requirements
Candidate must have minimum 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
Perform gap analysis between a client s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft
Dynamics CRM
Should have knowledge in JavaScript HTML CSS
Thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales & Manage Core sales entities
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service & related processes.
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service & related processes.
Good understanding of Power Platform.
Understanding of Power Virtual Agents.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Sales Insights and Customer Service Insights.
Knowledge in Integrating Dynamics 365/Power Apps with other apps and services.
Support data mapping and master data import (standard CRM API)
