The role of each pilot is to facilitate the work of our project team to build the RFQ folder based on the specification stored in Enovia (PLM system). It is completely linked with the engineering structure.
Two types of specification and validation plan are managed:
- Generic
- Applicative project.
For each above types the missions consist of animate the evolution of the containers used by the component leader and part leader.
The aim is to ensure the compliance of the structure of the component with applying the PLM system rules inside OIA and OID.
Your mission as Specification and Validation Pilot is separated in two directions.
- One with the leader of the above range in the engineering structure to validate the allocation and the availability of each specification in the components.
- The other with the component leader to ensure the exhaustivity of the part specification and validation plan to deliver a sourcing folder.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering /Mechanical ;
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role ;
Technical Skills:
Knowledge:
- English level: CECR B2; SPEEXX B2.1; TOEIC 785
- French German and Italian will be appreciated with the same level.
- Enovia: to be PLM trained proved with a certificate provided by the company.
- SAP BI4 : to do an export of the project Bom and separate the BCI perimeter of the others
- Office tools and particularly in Excel (incl. Excel function tools)
- DocInfo to create and modify a file.
- Certified or at least trained on 2 plm modules Ingnierie des exigences / System de validation / Plan de validation & intgration
Skills:
- To have a good sense of the communication ;
- To be able to animate a meeting autonomously ;
- To have an good understanding on the PLM system rules and logic ;
- To know to manage at the good level the reporting without needed some help ;
- To know the process and methodologies of the PMO team ;
- To know his project PDP to ensure the FTR/OTD of deliverables without frequent support....
