Foreground is partnering with a leading organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit a resultsoriented Sales Manager for their Dammam office. This role focuses on driving revenue growth developing client relationships and expanding the companys presence in the Eastern Province.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the Dammam market driving revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and target new business opportunities maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand trends customer preferences and competitive activities in the Eastern Province.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals leading negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing ensuring smooth transitions to the operations team.
- Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
- 35 years of sales experience preferably in the education training or services sector within the Eastern Province.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Indepth knowledge of Dammams business environment and client base.
- A selfmotivated resultsdriven approach with excellent problemsolving skills.
