Aluminum Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the aluminum fabrication team.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all operations.
- Plan and schedule work assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform regular inspections of work sites and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory and procure materials as required for ongoing projects.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fabrication and installation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills:
- Proficiency in aluminum fabrication and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an aluminum foreman or similar role.
- Certification in aluminum fabrication or a related field may be preferred.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Physical ability to work in a construction environment.
