Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FinTech Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial technology solutions to improve business efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement FinTech solutions such as mobile payments digital wallets and blockchainbased systems.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and operations to identify business needs and develop FinTech solutions.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay uptodate with the latest FinTech trends and technologies.
4. Evaluate and recommend FinTech vendors and solutions to senior management.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with FinTech partners and vendors.
6. Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on FinTech solutions and best practices.
7. Develop and implement FinTechrelated policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Finance or related field.
2. Minimum 35 years of experience in FinTech banking or financial services.
3. Strong knowledge of FinTech trends technologies and solutions.
4. Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
6. Professional certifications such as CFA CAIA or CFP are a plus.
