Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financialrelated activities of the organization including financial planning and analysis accounting treasury tax and risk management. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership and works closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to drive the companys financial strategy and ensure the organizations longterm financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting finance and treasury functions including financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash management
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys overall business objectives
Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team to inform decisionmaking
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Lead the annual budgeting and planning process and monitor financial performance against targets
Represent the organizations financial interests to external stakeholders such as investors lenders and regulators
Hire develop and manage a highperforming finance team
Advise on M&A investment and other strategic initiatives
Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other executive leaders
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field MBA preferred
10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong technical skills in financial reporting analysis and modeling
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial information for nonfinancial stakeholders
Proven track record of driving financial strategy and leading organizational change
Ethical collaborative and adaptable leadership style
