The Business Team
Like getting paid to drink coffee think big and hang out with exciting businesses Or maybe you want to work alongside some great people who are helping businesses of all sizes navigate through the MENA payments labyrinth and most importantly get the results they need. Then you might want to consider joining our overcaffeinated business team who are the heartbeat of Tap Payments.
As a Tapster you will:
- Identify and secure highpotential merchants and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and apply insights to sales strategies.
What you will bring to the party:
- Strong background in fintech and banking sales.
- 24 years of experience in similar position.
- Deep understanding of the payments industry particularly in Kuwait and the MENA region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills for promoting payment solutions.
- Bilingual: both English and Arabic is essential.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. business finance) but not mandatory if equivalent experience is present.
- Goaloriented and selfdriven with a strong sales acumen.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to handle pressure.
- Innovative thinker with problemsolving abilities.
- Kuwaitbased role with a primary focus on the Kuwaiti market
