We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead business development and marketing efforts for a highprofile transportation project. The role focuses on crafting and executing social media marketing campaigns building strategic partnerships and driving customer growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities corporate clients and private organizations to enhance visibility and usage of the service.
>Develop tailored offers for specific market segments including educational institutions and corporate clients.
2. Marketing Strategy:
>Develop and implement annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue.
>Conduct market research to understand customer behavior preferences and emerging trends.
>Collaborate with stakeholders to position the service as a leading travel option in the region.
3. Social Media Campaigns:
> Plan manage and optimize creative social media marketing campaigns to engage and attract target audiences.
> Monitor social media metrics and trends to ensure campaigns align with brand strategies and deliver desired outcomes.
> Manage content creation posting schedules and engagement across platforms like Instagram Twitter Facebook and LinkedIn.
4. Team Leadership:
>Oversee a team of marketing and business development professionals ensuring alignment with project goals.
>Provide guidance training and support to enhance team performance.
>Monitor and analyze team KPIs implementing improvements where necessary.
5. Performance Analysis:
>Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns using datadriven insights.
>Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 5 years in marketing business development or social media campaign management. Previous experience in transportation or service industries is a plus.
Skills:
>Proven expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns.
>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
>Solid leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
>Full computer proficiency including marketing tools and analytics
