Team Leader and Brand Manager

Achieving sales goals by implementing the marketing strategy and promotional campaigns through the sales force. The TL will lead the educational and coaching plans for the team   entrance  and actively  support their development skills will also lead the execution and monitor and evaluate progress against integrated account plans adjusting them if required and support team through all the process.

 As Brand Manager:

The Brand Manager is heading the brand planning process and responsible for analyzing the market landscape and the collection of the cross market insights that will serve as the fundament for the Brand Strategy. The BM in collaboration with the brand team will lead the evolution of commercial campaigns advertising and marketing material as well as various other marketing efforts such as potential disease awareness activities events congresses etc. The BM is the creator and ambassador of the brand story both externally and internally. The role requires a demonstrated ability to constructively interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The BMwill develop a thorough insight platform with perspectives from patients EEs physicians payers and other relevant stakeholder groups Ltd.

Qualifications :

Requirements for TL :

• Responsible for achieving the sales targets and delivering goals as set by the Brand Senior Manager/BUM.
• Responsibility for recruiting developing and motivating the team of representatives.
• People management ability to set and communicate expectations observe and assess performance against standards in order to provide actionable and agreed upon feedback.
