Position: FrontEnd Developer
Reports To: Software Development Manager
Department: Technology
Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Work Arrangement: Fulltime/Remote (Flexibility to work from Companys office)
Job Summary:
The FrontEnd Developer transforms design prototypes into responsive userfriendly interfaces for the companys platform. This role ensures seamless functionality across devices and collaborates with backend developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Implement designs provided by UX/UI teams using frontend technologies and frameworks.
Optimize frontend performance for speed scalability and crossbrowser compatibility.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
Debug and resolve frontend issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
Ensure adherence to accessibility standards for an inclusive user interface.
Conduct usability testing to identify and fix interface issues.
Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and incorporate best practices into development.
Create reusable components and libraries for efficient development workflows.
Document development processes and maintain a structured repository for frontend assets.

Determines frontend frameworks and libraries for specific projects.
Recommends updates to existing UI/UX elements based on performance and user feedback.
Proposes changes to development workflows to enhance efficiency.
Person Specification:
Educational and Professional Requirements:
36 years of experience in frontend development or similar roles.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
Based in Egypt/ EGYPT RESIDENCE ONLY.
Skills and Competencies:
Skilled in building responsive interactive user interfaces with attention to detail.
Proficient in debugging and resolving frontend issues efficiently.
Strong collaboration skills to work with designers backend developers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
Performance Metrics:
Deliver 95% of assigned UI features and updates within project timelines.
Achieve a 20% YoY improvement in frontend performance through code optimization.
Ensure 100% compliance with crossbrowser and device compatibility standards for all interfaces.
Resolve 95% of frontend bugs within SLA timeframes.
- Conduct 100% of usability testing cycles addressing identified issues before deployment.
