Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Salary: 15000 EGP Net
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off; Saturday Remote Option After Probation)

What Youll Do:
Lead Allocation & Management
- Allocate recycled and fresh leads to sales representatives efficiently.
- Manage lead distribution outside regular shift times especially for hot leads using WhatsApp groups and other communication channels.
- Oversee manual data allocation by shifts and virgin lead allocation.
CRM Management
- Utilize Zoho CRM to track lead updates ensuring adherence to established processes and blueprints.
- Maintain and update Zoho leads ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance related to lead handling and CRM usage.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on lead allocation sales performance and other key metrics.
- Generate comprehensive agent reports including virgin first touch average calls per lead and agent summaries (leads calls/leads duration deals closed response time).
- Track and report on virgin stages call durations dialling rates sales revenue clinic treatments and agent rankings.
Client & Team Communication
- Act as the primary liaison with our clients in Turkey including the product manager and data manager to discuss updates issues and project status.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate lead handling.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to manage patient data sales orders and payments.
Operational Tasks
- Manage Went To Clinic activities including adding/removing patients checking new sales orders and verifying payments.
- Oversee monthly updates related to Zoom Phone usage messages PDFs sales and overall sales/revenue tracking.
- Handle delays and cancellations and monitor treatment plans versus actual payments.
What We Need from You:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales administration CRM management or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Data Management or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using communication tools like WhatsApp for team coordination.
- Ability to generate and interpret detailed reports.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Other Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 to maintain a dynamic and energetic team environment.
- Ability to work the specified night shift hours reliably.
