Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for highprofile clients interpreting complex needs and requirements and representing them at a senior level in the field.
  • Manage and mentor a TPS team providing advanced technical guidance performance evaluations and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic work schedules resource allocation plans and performance metrics to optimize team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical sales support initiatives collaborating with sales teams to secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Establish and enforce safety protocols ensuring compliance with all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements across multiple projects.
  • Strategize and prioritize work within the overall ongoing schedule making highlevel decisions on resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Responsible for management supervising and training of staff to ensure completion of assigned work.
  • Responsible for managing numerous projects including meeting deadlines budgets and forming a strategy to complete project goals.
  • Ensured service technicians use Service checklist apply contact number sticker check the tools usage check the timely ordering of parts by technicians.
  • Tracked the progress of service escalations and gathered resources to quickly address issues providing global onsite support when necessary to aid in the resolution of issues.
  • Provided remote technical support for local areas using stateoftheart remote connectivity
  • Provided technical training and management to installation and repair crews worldwide.
  • Managed project schedules manpower requirements and junior engineers during the design and implementation phases of the projects.
  • Traveled to numerous sites throughout the KSA to perform Preventative Maintenance and Installations while adhering to protocols and regulations.
  • Accurately documented all information into the Quality system per Standard Operating Procedures Conducted root cause failure analysis of service and maintenance logs and reviewed system data for trending common root causes.
  • Evaluated system performance to maintain alignment with required system specifications and customer needs.
  • Fulfilled numerous process improvements; conducted systems installations; installed system design modifications.
  • Daily addressed customer concerns to improve their overall perception and satisfaction of products used.

  • Develop and lead emergency response protocols ensuring rapid and effective resolution of critical issues.
  • Contribute to the companys strategic planning process providing insights on service trends customer needs and technological advancements in the industry.

 

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 10 years of experience in the same field
