Our client is seeking a detailoriented and proactive ECommerce Specialist to manage and optimize their online store. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales enhancing the user experience and maintaining the operational efficiency of the ecommerce platform. This position involves working closely with marketing logistics and customer service teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management
- Manage and maintain the ecommerce platform (WooCommerce).
- Ensure all product listings are accurate uptodate and visually appealing including descriptions images and pricing.
- Regularly audit the website for functionality speed and navigation to provide a seamless user experience.
Sales and Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions campaigns and seasonal sales strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts on traffic and conversion rates.
- Optimize product pages for SEO to improve search engine visibility.
Order and Inventory Management
- Oversee order processing and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with the inventory control team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Generate and analyze inventory and sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Performance Analysis
- Track website KPIs such as traffic conversion rates and bounce rates.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to derive insights and recommend improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Customer Experience
- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to the online store.
- Enhance the overall user experience by recommending and implementing improvements based on customer feedback.
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues and implement new features or integrations.
- Assist in setting up thirdparty integrations such as payment gateways and shipping solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in ecommerce operations or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in managing the WooCommerce platform.
- Familiarity with SEO Google Analytics and online advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS or web design is a plus.
- Arabic as the primary language with fluency in English is required.
