Mize is a dynamic Fintechtravel startup headquartered in Tel Aviv with a global presence in Argentina Spain the UK the US and India. Leveraging cuttingedge technology Mize addresses evolving challenges in the travel industry generating an impressive $12 Billion in sales annually. As a pioneer in the field we are committed to delivering real financial value to our extensive network of clients.
What you will do:
- Design & develop our data pipeline infrastructure using our cloud infrastructure based on Azure from conception to deployment.
- Drive the development and enhancement of our Data Lakehouse while ensuring seamless integration with our data warehouse.
- Define the company s data engineering roadmap and make sure it s implemented using cuttingedge technologies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the company such as data scientists analysts engineers and product managers
Requirements :
- 1 year of experience working as a handson Data Engineer
- Proficiency with Python and SQL
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and big data technologies
- Experience with ETL pipeline design implementation and maintenance
- Experience working with relational and nonrelational databases and data modeling
- Experience designing deploying and maintaining largescale data infrastructure.
- Fast and selflearner with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent field
- Databricks and PySpark Big advantage
