We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.
About the position:
As Legal Counsel you ll tackle a diverse range of legal challenges in a fastpaced and everevolving field. This role offers the chance to work in a young vibrant environment where collaboration and innovation are part of everyday life. You ll provide strategic legal advice on licensing intellectual property regulatory compliance and commercial agreements partnering closely with our talented teams while ensuring adherence to international legal standards. Responsibilities:
- Draft negotiate and review a variety of commercial agreements including licensing reseller vendor and intellectual property agreements.
- Provide daytoday legal counsel to internal and global business teams on diverse legal and regulatory matters.
- Communicate complex legal issues in clear and practical terms to nonlegal stakeholders ensuring alignment between business goals and legal requirements.
- Identify legal risks associated with new and existing products features and gotomarket initiatives providing practical guidance and mitigation strategies.
- Support the application process for gaming licenses in various jurisdictions including preparing documentation liaising with regulators and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends legal developments and best practices with a focus on the iGaming industry and its evolving regulatory landscape.

Requirements :
- Education & Certification:
- LLB degree in law from a leading academic institution.
- Licensed to practice law in Israel.
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience as a lawyer in a hightech department of a prominent law firm or a legal department of a technologyfocused company.
- Familiarity with privacy laws including GDPR compliance advantage.
- Background in gaming industry regulatory requirements including gaming licensing advantage.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong legal and business judgment with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters in a dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a serviceoriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English & Hebrew (native or nearnative level).
