Role and client overview:
Lead and create a plan for social media campaigns ensuring target audience acquisition and supporting brand and business objectives across the clients social media portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
    Develop agency POV on how Social and Mobile drive Brand marketing efforts
    Provide direction and relevant insights to guide Social Media efforts and integrated marketing communications plans for the Client
    Reinforce Social Media expertise; stay current on changes in the Social Media space and experiment with new ways to leverage Social Media to achieve marketing objectives and goals
    Identify a big picture vision for what Social strategy can deliver for a Clients business
    Articulate and defend the rationale for recommended Social Media tools and approaches to the Agency team and Clients
    Ensure that all parties (including Social team internal Client team and relevant Partner Agencies / disciplines) are strategically aligned across all platforms to deliver the best Social marketing solutions
    Manage pod (Client teams) integration with Creative Directors and Account Managers
    Serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for Account teams and with key stakeholders on Social and Mobile developments to ensure we are providing Clients with the most uptodate best practices
    Oversee the production of quality Social Media work across all Agency & Agency Partners and ensure that the work developed is at the standard expected by the Agency
    Identify similar themes across projects and Clients to efficiently tackle new challenges and identify clear paths forward
    Provide insight and expertise into major Brand campaigns to ensure that they are optimized appropriately for Social and Mobile
    Take a leadership role in understanding and uncovering Client motivations / needs
    Demonstrate expert presentation skills that help to change minds and inspire others
    Provide direction and vision for new opportunities in order to expand existing business
    Assume responsibility for the growth and development of the multidisciplinary Social team
    Regularly provide feedback and create opportunities for individual team member growth and development
 


Qualifications :

    8 years of experience in social media or a related field.
    Strong communication and problemsolving skill
    Excellent writing presentation development and presentation skills directed towards internal and client stakeholders
    Demonstrated ability to craft insightful creative briefs that inspires creative teams and clients alike
    Ability to remain flexible / agile and manage numerous projects simultaneously
    Deep knowledge of traditional and digital / social campaign development implementation and sentiment tracking
    Demonstrated knowledge of up and coming and current trends in the digital and social media space
    Ability to analyze data to unlock insights that will create memorable and effective social media content for the brand and nameplates
