Director of Marketing.
As the Director of Marketing you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to position Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North as a premier destination for luxury travelers. You will lead efforts to enhance the resorts visibility drive guest engagement and maximize revenue through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Overseeing the marketing department.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan including a promotional calendar and programs new product introductions and another marketing project.
- Create and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns including social media SEO/SEM and influencer partnerships to drive bookings and increase online visibility.
- Lead the resorts public relations and media outreach efforts establishing strong relationships with key industry stakeholders influencers and media outlets.
- Collaborate with Sales Revenue and Operations teams to optimize promotions and packages that drive revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor and analyze market trends customer feedback and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the resorts content creation ensuring highquality assets that reflect the brands luxury offerings and unique experiences.
- Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising public relations social media and events.
- Supervise a marketing team including hiring training workloads schedules and deadlines.
- Understanding and developing a budget and finance including expenditure research and development appropriation return on investment and profitloss projections.
- Building brand awareness and building market positioning.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior role within the hospitality industry ideally in allinclusive resorts or luxury hotels.
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing platforms social media strategies and content creation for luxury brands.
- Proven track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns that increase brand recognition and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market particularly Qatars tourism and hospitality landscape.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead a highperforming team.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Experience in digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
