The Buggy Coordinator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the resorts buggy fleet ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to all safety regulations. This role involves coordinating buggy bookings conducting safety briefings maintaining buggy cleanliness and functionality and responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Buggy Operations:
- Coordinate and manage buggy bookings including reservations assignments and dispatch.
- Conduct thorough safety briefings for all guests prior to buggy use emphasizing safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor buggy usage and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for buggy assistance including breakdowns accidents and inquiries.
- Provide onsite assistance to guests experiencing difficulties with buggy operation.
- Buggy Maintenance:
- Conduct daily inspections of all buggies to ensure their safety and operability.
- Report any maintenance issues or required repairs to the relevant department.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the buggy fleet.
- Guest Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests ensuring their satisfaction with the buggy service.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all resort safety policies and procedures related to buggy usage.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of buggy usage maintenance and incidents.
Qualifications :
