Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support their customers successful adoption of cuttingedge cloud products and technologies. The TAM will oversee strategic and technical facets of cloud transformation journeys fostering strong customer relationships while ensuring timely and effective technical implementations.
This role is based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and will require close collaboration with crossfunctional and geographically dispersed teams to deliver highimpact solutions.
Customer Engagement & Cloud Transformation
Lead the adoption of cloud products guiding customers through their implementation journey and providing technical leadership.
Develop and execute business strategies to align cloud services with customer needs and goals.
Manage project timelines advocate for customer needs and remove adoption blockers.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic sessions with key stakeholders.
Technical Leadership
Drive the successful delivery of cloud consulting engagements.
Oversee planning for product launches ensuring smooth delivery with support and engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging deep knowledge of IT operations networking cloudnative applications and security.
Process Optimization & Knowledge Sharing
Develop best practices reference assets and reusable templates to enhance customer engagement processes.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to customers to optimize their cloud strategies.
CrossTeam Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams including Support Site Reliability Engineering and product development to ensure customer success.
Partner with external stakeholders such as system integrators and thirdparty developers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
8 years of experience in customerfacing roles involving technical support cloud operations IT consulting or transformation programs.
Expertise in cloud operations capacity planning and product release management.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Masters degree in a Management Technical or Engineering field.
Exceptional communication presentation and client management skills.
