Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on ERP software for internal team members and external clients to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales team to activate new clients deliver product demonstrations and provide comprehensive training sessions.
- Utilize your accounting background and ERP consulting experience to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate accounting software functionalities during presales activities to showcase product capabilities effectively.
- Support the sales team in understanding client requirements and positioning the SaaS ERP solution accordingly.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback address queries and provide postimplementation support as needed.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends competitor offerings and best practices in ERP solutions.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in ERP consulting with a focus on presales activities and training.
- Proven experience in accounting software presales demonstrating a deep understanding of accounting processes.
- Very good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build strong client relationships.
